**Special Monthly Rate Now-summertime $3500/month** Bronco is a charming 2-bedroom 2-bathroom vacation home conveniently located in the Del Webb Cottonwood Ranch community in historic Cottonwood, only 20 minutes from Sedona. Enjoy the comfort of a cozy home, a beautiful clubhouse with a community pool, hot tub, and fitness room, and easy access to the top attractions in the Verde Valley. ***Please note that the HOA requires a $50 non-refundable fee to use the clubhouse and pool/hot tub that is not included*** COMMUNITY POOL & HOT TUB: The pool is heated March 1st through October 31st of each year. The hours are 6:30am to 9pm. Heating schedule hours are subject to change. Guests will need to have an orientation in the clubhouse to get registered with a $50 fee for the fob which we will reimburse.
