But with inflation, interest rate hikes, and shifting national trends, many buyers and sellers are wondering: Are housing prices in Cottonwood, AZ going down?


The short answer is: yes, prices have dipped in some segments of the market—but the story is more nuanced. In this blog post, we’ll take a closer look at current housing data, explore what’s driving the changes, and help you determine whether now is a good time to buy or sell in Cottonwood.


Current Cottonwood Housing Market Overview (Summer 2025)
